These general terms and conditions of sale govern the booking of tourist circuits offered by Le Morpho. Any booking constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.
Prices are quoted in euros per person. They include:
Children's rate: Half-price for children up to and including 12 years old.
Prices are subject to change at any time. However, the applicable price will be that in effect at the time of booking.

Any confirmed booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions by the client.
Payment is made online after the team validates the booking:

By secure Stripe link sent after validation.
On-site payments
ANCV, cash or cheque payments are handled on site only when agreed with the team.
Accepted payments: ANCV holiday vouchers, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), cheques, transfers, cash.
In case of cancellation on your part:
In case of cancellation on our part (severe weather, insufficient numbers, force majeure), you will be fully refunded or offered an alternative date.

Participants are required to follow safety instructions given by the guide. Failure to comply with these instructions is the exclusive responsibility of the participant.
We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance and travel insurance covering risks related to activities in natural environments. As an organiser of tourist stays, we are covered by professional liability insurance.
In case of dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing an amicable solution, any dispute relating to this agreement will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayenne commercial court.
