How do I get to the Kaw landing stage?
Kaw is about 80 km from Cayenne. Use this Google Maps location: Débarcadère de Kaw, Régina 97353, Guyane française. Transport to Dégrad de Kaw is not included and is your responsibility. Allow extra travel time, as the road is still badly damaged for around 15 kilometres.
What happens if the weather changes?
Trips go ahead even in the rain. Navigation and wildlife watching remain possible, and the team adapts the programme to the conditions.
Can children take part?
Yes, children from 2 years old can take part, including night trips. The child rate is 50% of the adult rate up to and including 12 years old.
What does the price include?
The price includes the boat trip, a naturalist guide and the meals listed in the programme. Transport to Dégrad de Kaw is not included and is your responsibility. For overnight circuits, all bedding is provided aboard: camp beds, mosquito nets, pillowcases and duvets.
